As a part-time Testing Center Assistant, I provided support and customer service for the Testing Center at Southwest Texas Junior College in Uvalde, Texas. While there I aided in the process of administering and monitoring examinations, along with providing general office maintenance including: customer check-ins, outgoing/incoming calls, call logs, and sanitizing offices/labs.

For 3 years I worked at Sul Ross State University - Rio Grande College in Uvalde, Texas as an Enrollment Specialist. My responsibilities were to assist new and current students through the established admissions standards and facilitate the process of their transition to the university in an efficient manner.

Distance Learning Instructional Aide - SWTJC

For 3 years I worked at Southwest Texas Junior College in Uvalde, Texas as a Distance Learning Aide. While there, I monitored teleconference courses, proctored exams, conducted troubleshooting on connection errors, and performed standard clerical duties throughout.
